Return/Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Need to Return Something?

No problem. Email us at returns@thenorthpointshop.com or, if you prefer, you can fill out a North Point return form while logged into your thenorthpointshop.com member account, and one of our Customer Loyalty Representatives will be in touch with you. Once you let us know, we'll send you a postage-paid return label to your email address. All you have to do is print, attach to your order, and bring it to a post office, and you'll be getting your full-value refund in no time! Using our return mailing label to ensure your return is processed promptly, please use only the new shipping label.

Use the original outer packaging, or any other plain, unmarked packaging of your choosing.
Do not affix the label directly to the product box.
Remove any other existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials to avoid confusion.
Affix the return postage label emailed to you by your customer loyalty representative.

Each return mailing label is coded for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders or other shipments in the same box, or your refund will be delayed. Each order must be returned using a separate mailing label. Looking for your refund? Once your return is received and approved by our returns facility, North Point will process the refund. You can expect to receive your refund within 5-7 business days after it’s been approved, and you will receive an email with all the details of your refund.
Please note, our policies are subject to change in the event that we find a way to serve you better.
Important: For the return shipping cost, discard any other postage label that you receive with your original order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact our Customer Loyalty Team within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Kindly include a clear photo showing the damage or issue to help us process your request promptly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
